Mrs. Floyd A. Weaver
Florence Edna Weaver, 67, wife of Floyd A. Weaver, Amsterdam R.D. 3, died Wednesday at the Benedict Memorial Hospital, Ballston Spa, where she had been a patient for two and a half weeks.
Mrs. Weaver lived on Greens Corners Rd. in the Town of Glenville.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Howard Plummer, Ballston Spa, and Mrs. George Bentley, West Glenville; five sisters, Mrs. Ernest Smith and Miss Margaret Cath, Scotia, Mrs. Robert Carrano and Miss Helen Cath, Schenectady, and Miss Ruth Cath, West Glenville; two brothers, Harold Cath, scotia, and Howard Cath, Schenectady; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and seeral nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Saturday at Baxter’s Lake Hill Chapel, Ballston Lake, at the convenience of the family. The Rev. Niles Poff of the West Glenville Reformed Church will officiate.

Marked Mar. 27th, 1974 -- “F.A. Weaver, W. Glenville, Dies at 82 Floyd A. Weaver, 82 of West Glenville, died Wednesday. A retired carpenter, he was a lifelong resident of the West Glenville area. He was born in the Town of Glenville Jan. 4, 1892, and was a member of West Glenville Reformed Church. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Howard Plummer of Burnt Hills and Mrs. George Bentley of Scotia; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. ... Burial wil be in West Glenville Reformed Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Heart Fund.”
