Misc. Notes
Known as Mamie.
We have her will -- very curious. Dated 10-3-1984.
I, Marion Carrano, residing at 458 12th Street, Schenectady, New York 12306, do hereby make, public and declare ...
She gave $500 each to the West Glenville Cemetery Association, the Estherville Animal Shelter (Greenville Center), the Immaculate Conception Church on Bradt Street.
The rest was to go to Helen and Margaret.
The eighth provision was: "EIGHTH: I make no provisions in this my Last Will and Testament for my sister, HAZEL SMITH, for reasons best known to her and myself."
Aunt Margaret recalls that Ernest Smith had dated Marion (Mamie) prior to his marriage to Hazel, and that Mamie and Hazel never got along after that.
