AMSTERDAM -- Services will be held tomorrow for Albert J. Zeppieri Sr., 77, of Romaine Avenue, who died Wednesday at Veterans Affairs Medical Center Hospital in Albany after a long illness. Born in Schodack, Rensselaer County, Mr. Zeppieri moved to Amsterdam as a youth and attended city schools. An Army veteran of World War II, he served in Europe. He was a printer for Mohasco Industries for more than 25 years, retiring in 1967. Mr. Zeppieri was a member of the Quarter-Century Club of Mohasco; a charger member and past president of the Disabled American Veterans Post 100; a member of the Adirondack Craftsmen Guild, Gloversville; a member of the North Broadalbin Beach Club; and a member of the Port Jackson Senior Citizens. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Survivors include his wife of 18 [?] years, Rose Crisalli [sic] Zeppieri; a son, Albert J. Zeppieri of Amsterdam; a daughter, Janet Mikovich of Rotterdam; four brothers, Joseph Zeppieri of Phoenix, Ariz., Valentino, Enrico, and William Zeppieri, all of Amsterdam; five sisters, Catherine Iannotti, Ann Mancini, Louise Pepe, Rose Lovelace, all of Amsterdam, and Elizabeth Peters of Van Nuys, Calif; and four granddaughters. . . . Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
