It’s a kind of sickness

First time on blades in ages, but it’s still vital to my ego that I pass bicyclists. They could be 105 years old, they could be riding a 1947 Schwinn, they could be the Dalai Lama afraid of getting his robes caught in the chain — the point is, I’m faster on blades than they are on bikes. How pathetic is that?

Trust me, when I’m on my bike, no blader will ever pass me.
